智通财经APP讯，美兰空港(00357)发布公告，于2026年2月13日，本公司与海控能源订立供电协议，海控能源同意于截至2026年12月31日止年度为本公司采购电力。
本公司已于2025年3月同海控能源签署了相关的电力交易合同，有效期截至2026年12月31日，彼时海控能源为最低报价的供应商。根据海南省发展和改革委员会针对海南省电力零售市场参与者颁布的最新要求，本公司须调整现有电力定价套餐，双方需要重新签署供电协议。本公司如未能遵守规定完成新合同订立备案，将被排除于市场之外并承受更高电费的风险。订立供电协议让本公司得以符合修订后的监管制度，避免上述潜在不利后果。此外，透过订立新协议，本公司亦能与海控能源磋商较现行安排更优惠的电价，海控能源亦愿意承诺在供电协议有效期内，确保本公司的电力价格不高于电网的平均代理购电价格，因此董事相信本公司能够获得更加优惠的电价安排。
