2月20日是港股马年春节后首个交易日。B站-W（09626.HK）早盘一度跌近5%，截至10：45，大跌5.61%，报228.8港元/股。

　　此前于2月17日晚，2026 bilibili大年初一联欢会正式播出。据统计，B站联欢会当晚人气峰值达到近8600万，实时弹幕互动数超20万，相关话题迅速登顶热搜。据悉，大年初一联欢会也是B站继跨年晚会、毕业歌会等口碑晚会后，推出的全新IP。至此，B站已形成贯穿岁末年初的“晚会系列”，以差异化的内容和情感联结，持续打造面向年轻一代、也辐射全民的文化仪式与集体记忆。

　　网站如此火爆，节后却为何大跌呢？市场分析认为有以下几点：

　　一是大盘系统性拖累。2月20日，恒生科技指数受资金获利了结、地缘政治风险升温等影响，出现全市场科技股普跌，B站作为成分股随板块调整。

　　二是资金面虹吸与流动性担忧。日、韩股市近期暴涨引发资金虹吸效应，叠加美元流动性未完全缓解，隔夜美股集体下跌，对流动性敏感的港股科技股受冲击。

　　三是“热度≠业绩”。春晚与B站联欢会的高热度主要体现在品牌曝光与用户互动，短期内难以转化为可量化的广告、会员等营收增长。市场更关注其游戏、广告业务的长期复苏节奏，而非一次性流量峰值。

　　四是春晚合作利好已提前兑现。因官宣与央视春晚合作，B站港股2月11日大涨5.16%，节日期间热度落地，缺乏新催化元素，机构资金选择趁高开兑现收益，放大了跌幅。
