Appian Reports Lower Q4 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rises; Issues Q1, 2026 Outlook; Shares Gain

Appian (APPN) reported Q4 adjusted earnings Thursday of $0.15 per share, down from $0.18 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.07.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $202.9 million, up from $166.7 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $189.3 million.

Appian said it expects Q1 non-GAAP earnings per share of $0.16 to $0.20 on revenue of $189.0 million to $193.0 million.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect Q1 adjusted EPS of $0.15 on revenue of $188.1 million.

For the full year 2026, Appian said it expects non-GAAP net income per share of $0.82 to $0.96 on revenue of $801.0 million and $817.0 million.

Analysts expect adjusted EPS of $0.77 on revenue of $796.3 million.

Appian shares were more than 15% higher in premarket trading.
