oOh!media Proposes to Buy Back Nearly 54 Million Shares; Shares Up 4%

oOh!media (ASX:OML) said it plans to buy back a maximum of around 53.9 million of its ordinary, fully-paid shares in an on-market repurchase program, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The proposed program will start on March 12 and run until March 11, 2027, the filing said.
The company's shares rose around 4% in recent Thursday trade.
