路透2月24日 - 周二公布的路透调查显示，上周美国原油库存可能增加，而馏分油和汽油库存可能下降。
路透调查的九位分析师平均预计，截至2月20日的一周，原油库存料增加约150万桶。
美国能源信息署$(EIA)$数据显示，截至2月13日当周，原油库存减少900万桶，降至4.198亿桶，而路透调查的分析师此前预期为增加210万桶。
分析师估计上周汽油库存 USOILG=ECI 减少约60万桶，而包括柴油和取暖油在内的馏分油库存 USOILD=ECI 料减少约160万桶。
调查显示，炼厂产能利用率 USOIRU=ECI 预计较前一周的91%上升0.4个百分点。
