韩国周一公布的数据显示，经通胀调整后，2025年第三季度韩国实际房价同比下跌1.6%，在56个主要经济体中排名第47位。
韩国央行和国际清算银行（BIS）的数据显示，去年7月至9月期间韩国实际住宅价格的下跌标志着连续第13个季度同比下降。
自2022年第三季度以来，韩国房价持续下跌。在2022年第二季度，房价同比上涨了3.8%，但随后开始下跌。
与此同时，韩国政府正加大力度，收紧对多套房产所有者的监管，以遏制投机性投资和将房产用于非居住用途的行为。
分析人士指出，实际房价（经通胀调整后）的持续下跌可能会让公众感到困惑，因为未经通胀调整的名义房价走势，以及首尔都市圈部分地区房价的飙升，都更引人注目。
一位商业银行官员表示：“去年下半年房价上涨主要集中在首都圈的部分地区，凸显了房地产市场两极分化的加剧。”
