　　鑫达投资控股（01281）发布公告，预期集团于截至2025年12月31日止年度（2025年度）取得归属于公司拥有人的溢利约人民币700万元至人民币1200万元，而相较于2024年12月31日止年度取得归属于公司拥有人的亏损人民币2441.8万元。

　　根据董事会目前所得资料，预期2025年度集团由亏转盈，主要原因为：2025年度，集团收回过往年度已计提减值拨备的金融资产合计约人民币1330.1万元，其中，通过受让投资物业收回约人民币896.8万元，通过现金结算收回人民币350万元，及转回过往应收账款减值损失约人民币83.3万元。而去年同期，集团对一座电站资产及其应收账款计提了合计约人民币5197.5万元的减值拨备。
