智通财经APP讯，北京科锐(002350.SZ)发布公告，公司为积极响应全球能源转型及国家“双碳”战略，把握海外储能市场政策红利与需求增长机遇，提升国际竞争力与长期盈利能力，拟通过三级控股子公司GP投资建设罗马尼亚瓦尔恰99MW/198MWh储能项目。项目总投资金额不超过4281.37万欧元。
本次海外投资建设储能项目，是公司积极响应全球能源转型及国家“双碳”战略，把握储能行业高速发展机遇，探索新能源领域业务及海外业务中的重要举措，有利于公司布局海外市场，开拓新能源领域业务，依托当地市场需求与收益空间获取稳定投资回报，拓展公司业绩增长空间，优化业务结构，夯实公司核心竞争力。同时借助欧盟市场平台提升公司影响力，积累跨境储能项目运营经验，为后续海外业务拓展奠定基础，契合公司全球化发展战略，助力公司在全球能源转型浪潮中抢占行业先机，增强综合竞争力。
