智通财经APP讯，建业新生活(09983)发布公告，集团截至2025年12月31日止年度的未经审核净利润预期较2024年度约人民币2.382亿元减少约27%至32%;而2025年度股东应占利润预期较2024年度约人民币2.146亿元减少约25%至30%。
有关净利润及股东应占利润的预期减少主要归因于以下因素：(a)2025年度的金融及合约资产减值亏损净额较2024年度有所增加;(b)2025年度，集团毛利率较2024年度下降，主要归因于：(i)物业管理服务分部毛利率下滑，主要由于为提升客户满意度而提供更高品质服务所产生的成本增加;(ii)受房地产市场下行影响及内地市场消费信心疲弱，集团高毛利服务(社区增值服务及非业主增值服务)出现收缩。
尽管如此，于撇除金融及合约资产减值亏损净额、以公允价值计量且其变动计入当期损益的金融资产的公允价值损益、处置附属公司的收益或亏损、以股份为基础的付款及其相关所得税影响后，股东应占核心净利润预期较2024年度约人民币2.94亿元减少不超过10%。
