　　名创优品（09896）早盘涨超4%，截至发稿，股价上涨4.72%，现报34.64港元，成交额4977.49万港元。

　　近日，名创优品发布截至2025年12月31日止财政年度初步财务表现，2025全年，公司预期收入214亿元，同比+26%，略高于公司指引的25%。预期经调整经营利润在36.7亿元左右，符合公司此前给出的36.5-38.5亿元指引。预期经调整净利润为28.9~29.0亿元，同比+7%，大致符合我们的预期。对应2025Q4，公司收入约62亿元，同增约32%，略高于公司指引的25~30%。经调整净利润约8.5亿元，同增约8%（2024Q4同期因亏损抵扣，有效税率较低）。

　　中金发布研报称，基本维持名创优品（09896）2025/26年non-IFRS净利润预测29/35亿元不变，引入2027年预测41亿元，当前港/美股对应10/9倍2026/27年non-IFRS P/E，维持港/美股跑赢行业评级。维持港/美股目标价50.18港元/26.08美元，对应16倍2026年non-IFRS P/E，分别有 53%/56%的上行空间。
