Smoore International (HKG:6969) booked 1.06 billion yuan in attributable profit for 2025, falling from 1.30 billion yuan in 2024, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Tuesday.

Shares of the electric vape company fell nearly 15% in late morning trade Wednesday.

Earnings per share were 0.1711 yuan, compared with 0.2122 yuan in 2024.

Revenue rose 21% year on year to 14.26 billion yuan, figures showed.

The company declared a dividend of HK$0.2 per share, payable June 18 to shareholders of record on June 4.
