智通财经APP讯，海底捞(06862)发布公告，公司董事会获其控股股东、执行董事、董事会主席兼首席执行官张勇先生告知，基于其对公司价值的认可，以及对公司整体业务发展、中国经济发展前景及消费市场增长潜力的积极判断，其计划自本公告日期起的12个月内，在公开市场以其自有资金直接或透过其控制的实体增持公司股份，以增加其于公司的持股，金额不少于一亿港元。
截至本公告日期，张勇先生直接及间接透过其控制的实体持有公司合共20.82亿股股份，占公司已发行股份(不包括库存股份)约37.36%。根据公司可得资料及就董事所知和所信，倘增持计划实施，公司仍将维持已发行股份的足够公众持股量。
董事会认为，本次增持计划表明张勇先生对集团前景的长期承诺及坚定信心，并体现其对中国经济及相关消费领域发展的正面预期。
