智通财经APP讯，多牛科技(01961)发布公告，有关根据一般授权按经调整配售价每股配售股份0.425港元配售1.47亿股配售股份，考虑到近期股份交易价格的波动，公司管理层认为，现阶段不进行配售符合公司的利益。截至本公告日期，由于配售协议中所订明的若干先决条件尚未达成，故配售协议已相应失效。据此，各方在配售协议项下与配售相关的所有权利、义务及责任将告终止，且任何一方概不得就配售事宜向另一方提出任何索偿，但配售协议项下的任何先前违约行为除外。
董事会认为，配售协议的失效将不会对公司的当前营运及财务状况造成任何重大不利影响。董事会亦将继续寻求股权集资的机会。
