消息面上，中创智领此前发布2026年第一季度报告，该公司取得营业收入人民币95.36亿元，同比减少2.26%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润8.92亿元，同比减少18.06%。里昂研究报告指出，三一国际股价近期下跌主要受中创智领首季业绩逊预期所影响，加剧市场对煤炭设备价值链需求疲弱及利润压力的忧虑。
里昂认为，投资者将此信号延伸至三一国际，考虑到其煤炭设备业务占总销售约10%，市场对三一国际煤炭设备业务的担忧属过度。该行指出，三一国际此前已对国内煤炭行业表达谨慎展望，并预期公司基本面将保持稳定。
