于辞任独立非执行董事后，王先生不再担任独立非执行董事、审核委员会及独立董事委员会各自的成员以及本公司薪酬委员会及提名委员会各自的主席，自2026年5月20日起生效。
董事会亦宣布，自2026年5月20日起，执行董事李润平先生已获委任为薪酬委员会及提名委员会各自的主席;执行董事黄文华先生已获委任为薪酬委员会及提名委员会各自的成员。
