Marvell Technology $(MRVL)$: Shares of the artificial-intelligence hardware supplier jumped around 5% premarket ahead of its earnings update due this evening. Its stock has already more than doubled this year thanks to the AI boom.
AkzoNobel (NL: AKZA): Shares in the Dutch paint maker surged some 15% after it rejected a $14.5 billion takeover proposal from Japan's Nippon Paint and U.S. rival Sherwin-Williams.
PDD $(PDD)$: The parent company of Temu is set to report first-quarter results before the bell. Analysts expect the Nasdaq-listed Chinese e-commerce giant to post stronger earnings.
Salesforce (CRM): The software-as-a-service company is scheduled to publish financials after the market closes. Its stock has fallen 32% so far this year.
Naturgy Energy Group (ES: NTGY): Shares slid after buyout group CVC, the Spanish energy company's second-biggest shareholder, sold its stake at a discount.
