智通财经APP讯，中国白银集团(00815)发布公告，继本公司日期为2026年5月5日的公告后，有关余下 8.45亿股股份(有关认购股份)的认购协议已于2026年6月22日完成(余下认购事项完成)。现已完成所有根据认购协议进行的认购股份的认购。有关认购股份(占本公司于紧接余下认购事项完成前已发行股本约 27.25%及经根据余下认购事项完成发行有关认购股份扩大后的本公司已发行股本约21.41%)已按认购价每股认购股份0.51港元发行予有关认购人。余下认购事项完成的所得款项净额(经扣除余下认购事项完成的相关费用及开支后)约4.3亿港元将按该等公告及通函所披露的方式应用。
