格隆汇7月17日丨健倍苗苗(02161.HK)公告，公司建议分拆集团的品牌中成药产品及中医诊所服务业务于联交所主板独立上市，方式为全球发售保济元和股份。保济元和股份独立上市根据第15项应用指引构成公司分拆保济元和的事项。 就建议分拆而言，公司已根据第15项应用指引向联交所提交申请。于2026年6月26日，上市委员会确认公司可进行建议分拆。于2026年7月17日，保济元和向联交所递交上市申请表格(A1表格)，申请批准保济元和股份于联交所主板上市及买卖。 于本公告日期，保济元和为公司的全资附属公司，目前预期于建议分拆完成后，公司将持有不少于保济元和已发行股本总额50%的权益，而保济元和将继续为公司的附属公司。
