建材水泥股整体走高 海螺水泥（00914）涨2.24% 机构料行业龙头有望实现利润强复苏

金吾财讯 | 港股建材水泥股整体走高，截止发稿，亚洲水泥（中国）（00743）涨4.19%，华润建材科技（01313）涨2.78%，海螺水泥（00914）涨2.24%，华新建材（06655）涨1.78%，金隅集团（02009）涨1.72%，中国建材（03323）涨1.39%。消息面上，广发证券新近研究指，据数字水泥网，截至2026年7月24日，全国水泥含税终端均价313元/吨，环比-2.83元/吨，同比-28.17元/吨；全国水泥出货率41.87%，环比+2.73pct，同比-1.20pct。水泥需求仍将偏弱，但企业挺价意愿强烈，预计价格将会震荡。该机构表示，目前行业估值在历史底部区域。而消费建材板块，盈利能力有望修复，建议关注龙头阿尔法机会。该机构表示，二手房支撑零售建材需求，若新房需求逐步企稳，有望带来板块收入增长弹性；在景气企稳修复阶段，格局优化、价格战拐点、成本下行、高毛利业务拓展将显著修复毛利水平，叠加费用率下降，行业龙头有望实现利润的强复苏。

瑞银此前发布研报亦表示，中国水泥行业仅处于结构性需求下行周期的中段，但见底证据日益明显，预期行业的盈利能力将在今年见底，并自2027年起轻微复苏。
