消息面上，据市场媒体报道，伊朗议会正在审议一项法案草案，该法案将加强对霍尔木兹海峡和波斯湾过境规则的管控。主要建议包括禁止与美国、以色列及其他敌对国家有关联的船只通行等多项海峡过境规则。另据知情人士透露，霍尔木兹海峡北部和南部航道将被取消。所有通行将随后转移到中央走廊，由伊朗管理入口，伊朗和阿曼共同管理出口。
南华期货认为，隔夜原油市场再度拉涨，阿曼跟伊朗之间短期预期将达成关于海峡通航的临时协议，由伊朗管理入口，阿曼跟伊朗共同管理出口，美国及以色列船只禁止通航。而与此同时，特朗普表示海峡由美国控制。由此可见两点，一是海峡的临时协议并没有获得美国的认可，海峡的通航上限存疑；二是本次阿伊的谈判撇开了美国，市场对美伊谈判进展存疑。叠加周末风险窗口，油价支撑位附近获得支撑上行。关注美伊谈判实质性进展。
