【智算能建(01751.HK)拟“5供2”基准供股】智通财经APP讯，智算能建(01751.HK)发布公告，本公司建议按于记录日期每持有5股股份获发2股供股股份的基准，以每股供股股份0.65港元的认购价进行供股，透过向合资格股东发行116,477,534股供股股份，筹集所得款项总额最多约7570万港元(假设于记录日期或之前已发行股份数目并无变动)。供股仅向合资格股东提呈，且将不会向不合资格股东(如有)提呈。
