DOWELL SERVICE (02352) announced that effective December 11, 2025, Yi Lin will transition from Non-Executive Director to Employee Director (while concurrently serving as Executive Director), following the appointment of Hu Xiaolin as Non-Executive Director on the same date. Additionally, Fan Dong will resign as Executive Director and Employee Director to dedicate more time to other commitments, effective December 11, 2025.

Upon Fan Dong's resignation as Executive Director and Employee Director on December 11, 2025, he will also step down as Co-CEO of the company. Luo Shaoying will succeed Fan Dong as Co-CEO. Due to the company's strategic development and operational management needs, Zhang Aiming will resign as Co-CEO, while Yi Lin will be appointed as Co-CEO.

Yi Lin will resign as a member of the Remuneration Committee, and Hu Xiaolin will be appointed to the committee. Wang Kan will be appointed as Supervisor, effective December 11, 2025, while Mao Dun will resign as Supervisor and Chairman of the Supervisory Committee to focus on other commitments. Wang Kan will assume the role of Chairman of the Supervisory Committee following his appointment.
