Xinkaikai's Multiple Subsidiaries Launch New Products at Exhibition! What Are the Product Details and Related Orders?

From October 15 to October 17, the 2025 Bay Area Semiconductor Industry Ecosystem Exhibition (referred to as "2025 Bay Chip Exhibition") is being held in Shenzhen. Among the participants, market-focused Xinkaikai and its multiple subsidiaries are present at the exhibition.

At the 2025 Bay Chip Exhibition site, Xinkaikai booth staff indicated that they had not received notification of new product releases and would not be launching new products during this exhibition. However, it was noted that Xinkaikai subsidiary Qiyunfang has already released two domestically developed electronic engineering EDA (schematic and PCB) design software products with complete independent intellectual property rights this morning (October 15). Meanwhile, another Xinkaikai subsidiary, Wanliyan, will release its independently developed new generation ultra-high-speed real-time oscilloscope this afternoon (October 15).

**Xinkaikai's Qiyunfang Releases Fully Domestic and Autonomous Electronic Engineering EDA Industrial Software**

At the 2025 Bay Chip Exhibition, Qiyunfang released two electronic engineering EDA (schematic and PCB) design software products with complete independent intellectual property rights for the first time, filling the technological gap in domestic high-end electronic design industrial software.

Electronic engineering EDA design software is the cornerstone of electronic product design. European and American EDA software manufacturers have long monopolized China's EDA market, with domestic industries entirely dependent on foreign EDA design tools.

According to the introduction, Qiyunfang's electronic engineering EDA design software achieves 30% performance improvement over industry benchmarks. The software supports multi-user parallel collaborative design and real-time online review capabilities. Product hardware development cycles are shortened by 40%, and intelligent-assisted design first-time success rates are improved by 30%.

Additionally, while building EDA software products, Qiyunfang has also constructed a product ecosystem. The EDA software tools are compatible with multiple domestic operating systems, databases, middleware, and other platform foundations, adapting to numerous ecological software integrations.

Regarding the newly released products, Yuan Yi, President of Qiyunfang Electronic Engineering EDA BU, stated in an interview that "the related products released today have already entered the market, with over 20,000 engineers currently using them. Current downstream market feedback is positive. Product performance is improved by 30% compared to industry benchmarks, and product hardware development cycles can be shortened by 40%."

**Xinkaikai's Wanliyan Debuts New 90GHz Next-Generation Ultra-High-Speed Real-Time Oscilloscope**

At today's 2025 Bay Chip Exhibition, Wanliyan, one of Xinkaikai's subsidiaries, is participating. At their booth, Wanliyan staff explained that "all products exhibited by the company are newly released for the first time and have all achieved commercial application, with the 90GHz next-generation ultra-high-speed real-time oscilloscope receiving the most attention."

According to the introduction, this product supports 90GHz wideband signal acquisition per channel, with each channel independently supporting 200GSa/s sampling rates. Each channel supports up to 4Gpts deep storage and multiple acquisition modes including real-time, segmented, high-resolution, and peak detection.

It was exclusively learned that Wanliyan's independently developed next-generation ultra-high-speed real-time oscilloscope can improve domestic oscilloscope performance by 500%, achieving multi-generational product leaps. It can be applied in semiconductor industries, 6G communications, optical communications, intelligent driving, and other fields.

Oscilloscopes are indispensable tools in the development of technology-intensive industries such as electronic information and semiconductor integrated circuits. However, China's high-end oscilloscope market has long been monopolized by Western manufacturers like Keysight, Tektronix, and LeCroy, with Chinese manufacturers only able to provide mid-to-low-end oscilloscope products.

For a long time, domestic instrument performance has lagged far behind international leading levels. Internationally leading high-end oscilloscopes achieve bandwidths of 60GHz and above, with maximum capabilities reaching 110GHz. Meanwhile, domestic manufacturers focus on mid-to-low-end markets, with overall technical performance showing generational gaps compared to overseas competitors and significantly different specifications. Domestic oscilloscopes achieve maximum bandwidths of 8GHz-18GHz.

Currently, high-speed SerDes, next-generation optical communication technologies are accelerating iteration, with related chips and products entering development or commercial stages. This requires high-end real-time oscilloscopes to advance one to two generations ahead to support China's technological breakthroughs and industrial upgrades.

Looking at Wanliyan, corporate information shows that Shenzhen Wanliyan Technology Co., Ltd. was established on September 4, 2023, with registered capital of 218.64951768 million RMB. The controlling shareholder is Shenzhen Xinkaikai Technology Co., Ltd., with Xinkaikai holding 91.4706%. Wanliyan's other shareholder is Shenzhen Zhengxing No. 1 Private Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership), holding 8.5294%.

Overall, it was noted that at this 2025 Bay Chip Exhibition, Xinkaikai itself did not release new products, with all new product announcements coming from its related subsidiaries.

At Xinkaikai's booth, the company displayed multiple upcoming products through photos and models, including thin film products PVD (Putuo Mountain), CVD (Changbai Mountain), ALD (Ali Mountain); diffusion equipment RTP (Sanqing Mountain), EPI (Emei Mountain); etching products ETCH (Wuyi Mountain); optical inspection products BFI (Yueli Mountain), DFI (Danxia Mountain), PC (Penglai Mountain), MBI (Mogan Mountain); optical measurement products Tianmen Mountain IBO, Tianmen Mountain DBO; and physical & X-ray measurement products Yimeng Mountain AFM, Chibi Mountain-XP XPS, Chibi Mountain-XD XRD, Chibi Mountain-XF XRF.
