Cryptocurrency exchange Binance announced on Friday that it has restored all futures trading services following a brief suspension caused by a technical issue.

Binance stated: "The issue affecting Binance perpetual contract (Futures UM) trading has been resolved." The perpetual contract service mentioned allows users to settle cryptocurrency futures using stablecoins USDC (USD Coin) and USDT (Tether).

"All futures trading has now been fully restored to normal operations."
