Pu’er Lancang Ancient Tea Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 6911) announced that on 24 October 2025, the board of directors received a resignation letter from Mr. Zhang Muheng, who stepped down from his positions as an executive director and vice president of the company due to personal health reasons.

According to the announcement, Mr. Zhang will remain the legal representative, executive director, and general manager of Guangzhou Kangrui Lancang Ancient Tea Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pu’er Lancang Ancient Tea Co. The board acknowledged that Mr. Zhang has no disagreement with its members, and there are no matters regarding his resignation that require further attention from shareholders or creditors.

The resignation took immediate effect upon the board’s receipt of the resignation letter. The board expressed gratitude for Mr. Zhang’s contributions to the company during his tenure.
