StarHub Ltd (CC3) said it will redeem all outstanding 3.95% fixed-rate subordinated perpetual securities with a principal value of 200 million Singapore dollars on Dec, 16 2025.

The securities will be repurchased at 100% of principal plus accrued distributions up to, but excluding, the redemption date. Payment will be made through The Central Depository (Pte) Limited.

The instruments were issued under the company’s 2 billion Singapore dollars multicurrency debt issuance programme. The redemption notice was dated Nov, 15 2025.
