MAOYE INT'L (00848) announced that on October 17, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary Taiyuan Maoye accepted an offer for its 85.5 million shares of SHENGJINGBANK (02066) at a price of RMB 1.45 per share. The total consideration to be received by Taiyuan Maoye is approximately RMB 124 million. This sale is part of a tender offer for domestic shares made to all independent domestic shareholders, including Taiyuan Maoye.
