UNISOUND (09678) has formally executed a memorandum of understanding with the Government of the Republic of Vanuatu, represented through its Embassy in China. This agreement establishes cooperation frameworks for overseas artificial intelligence implementation and includes formal visitation invitations. Both parties recently initiated close strategic collaboration under this MOU, commencing concrete project deployments.

Building upon preliminary communications and the company's earlier feasibility studies in Vanuatu, UNISOUND has achieved significant progress in technical validation and prototype development. Consequently, the Vanuatuan government has officially invited UNISOUND's technology R&D and industrialization implementation teams to conduct on-site inspections and technical alignment locally. This critical step lays the groundwork for subsequent project execution.

Collaboration will focus on deploying intelligent applications powered by large language models and IoT platforms across Vanuatu. Implementation will prioritize essential public service sectors including smart hospitals and smart campuses. This initiative aims to enhance healthcare and educational service quality while boosting operational efficiency throughout the Pacific island nation.
