Edvance International Holdings Limited (01410) reported that its authorised share capital remained at 2,000,000,000 ordinary shares, with a par value of HKD0.01 per share. The total authorised share capital stayed at HKD20,000,000 without any increases or decreases for the month ended 31 October 2025.

The issued share capital also remained unchanged at 1,004,217,000 ordinary shares. No treasury shares were recorded, and there were no movements in issued shares or repurchases during the reporting period.

Under a share option scheme dated 21 April 2021 at an exercise price of HKD0.582 per share, the outstanding number of share options was 5,500,000 at both the start and close of the month. There was no issuance of new shares or transfer of treasury shares under this scheme, and the number of shares that may be issued upon exercise of all share options under the scheme stands at 101,225,700.
