Addvalue Technologies' (SGX:A31) wholly owned subsidiary, Addvalue Communications, commenced arbitration proceedings in Hong Kong against XEPIC Corporation for around $2.1 million and damages for wrongful termination of contracts.
The contracts were related to production of field programmable gate array-based products and provision of technical services, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
