Zhong Ji Longevity Science Group (HKG:0767) said Elite Partners CPA resigned as the auditor of the, with effect from November 29, due to the inability to reach a consensus on the audit fee and its internal resources for the year ending Dec. 31, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The board appointed CCTH CPA as the auditors, effective Nov. 29. Their tenure will continue until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting.
