Goertek (HongKong) has completed the acquisition of 42.8 million shares in Shanghai Conant Optical (HKG:2276) from several of the latter's shareholders, a Thursday bourse filing said.
The parties had entered into an agreement regarding the purchase in December 2024.
Following completion, Goertek (HongKong), an indirect unit of Goertek (SHE:002241), holds 96,125,000, or 20.03%, shares in the eyewear company.
