Beijing Enlight Media's (SHE:300251) surged 159% since the reopening of the stock market on Feb. 5 following the Chinese New Year furlough.
The surge comes after its animated production Ne Zha 2 grossed more than 10 billion yuan, becoming the first Chinese film to reach the milestone, Yicai Global reported Friday.
Enlight Media's shares closed 15% lower during Monday's trading.
