U.S. Physical Therapy (USPH) said Monday it has acquired a 65% interest in a company that owns three physical therapy clinic locations in Wyoming.

No financial details were disclosed. U.S. Physical Therapy said the company's current owners will continue to own the remaining 35% stake.

The three locations in Wyoming generate about $4.3 million in annual revenue, U.S. Physical Therapy said.
