Orbminco (ASX:OB1) extended the closing date of its non-renounceable entitlement offer to April 24 from April 11, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The offer will comprise an issue of up to 1.08 billion fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of AU$0.001 per share to raise AU$1.1 million, according to a March 11 disclosure.
Proceeds will be used to fund exploration activities at the Bronze Fox copper-gold project.
