New Sparkle Roll International Group (HKG:0970) unit Sparkle Roll (Denmark) acquired 250,000, or 0.17%, shares in Bang & Olufsen for around 3.0 million Danish krone or 11.92 Danish krone apiece, an April 11 filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
The automobile distributor made the purchase through on-market transactions conducted on the Nasdaq Copenhagen.
Following the acquisition, the company holds a total of 13.7 million, or 9.3%, shares in audio and video product firm Bang & Olufsen.
