Technology stocks were flat to higher pre-bell Thursday as the SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) was inactive and the Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) was up 0.3% recently.
ServiceNow (NOW) shares rose past 9% after the company reported higher Q1 non-GAAP earnings and revenue.
