Shareholders of Dmall (HKG:2586) will vote May 23 on the proposed acquisition of the remaining 20% equity stake in Dmall Zhilian (Beijing) Technology by unit Dmall (Shenzhen) Digital Technology for 47 million yuan, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The retail digitalization company had agreed to purchase the shares from Beijing Wumart on March 28.
Dmall Zhilian (Beijing) Technology, which is already 80% owned by Dmall, engages mainly in the provision of AIoT solutions. It is used by Dmall for procurement and sales activities related to the latter's AIoT business.
