Ms. Vigilante has been with the company for more than 20 years. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry with a minor in business from Stony Brook University. During her tenure with the company she has held several positions, including Vice President and Manager of the company's R&D and microbiology departments. As R&D Manager she was responsible for overseeing the development of many of the company's new products, including its growing line of natural cosmetic ingredients.
