Navitas Semiconductor (NVTS) shares more than doubled in after-hours trading Wednesday after the company said its technology was chosen by Nvidia (NVDA) for its 800 V HVDC architecture to support Kyber rack-scale systems powering its graphics processing units.
GaNFast and GeneSiC power technologies were selected to support Nvidia's GPUs such as Rubin Ultra, Navitas Semiconductor said Wednesday in a statement.
Nvidia shares fell 0.3% in after-hours trading.
