MTR Corporation Limited held its 2025 Annual General Meeting on 21 May 2025. During the meeting, all proposed resolutions were approved. Notably, Mr. Walter Chan Kar-lok retired as an Independent Non-executive Director and ceased to be the chairman of the Nominations Committee and a member of the Capital Works Committee. Ir Shen Shuk-ching was appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director and became a member of both the Capital Works Committee and the Technology Advisory Panel.
