Hufvudstaden AB has announced a long-term lease agreement with Nordea for a new office space at Kvarteret Johanna in central Gothenburg. Nordea will occupy approximately 5,300 square metres of office space, along with a 400 square metre street-level customer area. The move is scheduled for autumn 2026, as Kvarteret Johanna nears the completion of its extensive renovation and new construction. The site has attracted several prestigious companies, including Accenture, Censor, and Vinge law firm, highlighting a trend of businesses seeking city-centre locations. The office space will feature modern amenities, with an emphasis on flexibility, sustainability, and technology. Tenants will also have access to a rooftop restaurant, a Nordic Wellness gym, and Hufvudstaden's coworking concept, enhancing the vibrant work environment.
