China State Construction Engineering's (SHA:601668) unit, China Construction Jiuhé Development Group, acquired land for 7.49 billion yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Wednesday.
The land in Tongzhou District, Beijing, has a total site area of approximately 112,800 square meters and a total planned floor area of approximately 261,900 square meters. It will be used for a real estate development project, the Chinese construction company said.
