Thakral's (SGX:AWI) associated company, GemLife, has signed an underwriting agreement for a proposed listing on the Australian Securities Exchange, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

JP Morgan Securities Australia and Morgan Stanley Australia Securities are the joint lead managers and underwriters for the proposed IPO.

Shares of the company were down nearly 3% in recent trading.
