Savills plc has successfully brokered a significant real estate transaction involving Industrious signing a lease for 25,000 sq ft at the newly refurbished 15 Fitzroy Street in London's West End. The 83,822 sq ft office building, redesigned by Squire & Partners, was completed in January 2025 and boasts top-tier sustainability credentials, including EPC 'A', BREEAM 'Outstanding', and WELL Core Platinum ratings, operating entirely on electric power. Industrious will manage the building's atrium business lounge, offering high-quality food, craft coffee, and an extensive events program for tenants. DWS, which acquired the building in 2021, has partnered with Industrious to provide premium flexible workspaces, with the remaining 50,570 sq ft available for lease. This venture marks Industrious' first presence in the West End and aligns with its broader London growth strategy following its acquisition by CBRE.
