China Xinhua Education Group Ltd. held its annual general meeting on June 26, 2025. The proposals included receiving and adopting the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024, which was approved. The re-election of Mr. Zhang Ming, Mr. Wang Yongkai, Ms. Chen Ming, and Mr. Yao Heping as directors was also approved. Additionally, KPMG was re-appointed as the auditors of the company.
