Agrimin (ASX:AMN) has confirmed that Tali Resources will list on the Australian Securities Exchange on July 18 under the ticker code "TR2," according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The AU$2.0 million priority offer to Agrimin shareholders was fully subscribed, resulting in a holding of 32 million Tali shares, representing 27% of the issued capital, the filing said.

These securities will be classified as restricted securities and held in escrow for 24 months upon listing, the filing added.
