Stockland (ASX:SGP) reported Wednesday fiscal 2025 funds from operations of AU$0.339 per security, up from AU$0.33 a year earlier.

Revenue for the 12 months ended June 30 was AU$3.13 billion, compared with AU$2.99 billion a year earlier.

The company expects fiscal 2026 FFO to be between AU$0.36 and AU$0.37 per security, with a distribution of AU$0.252 per security.
