Axis REIT (KLSE:5106) issued 300 million Malaysian ringgit worth of senior Islamic medium term bonds under its Islamic bonds issuance program worth 3 billion ringgit, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Proceeds raised from the bonds will be utilized to finance capital expenditure, for refinancing loans and for general working capital and corporate purposes.
