Lumina Group Ltd. held its Annual General Meeting on 12 September 2025. During the meeting, several proposals were presented and approved by the shareholders. These included the adoption of the audited consolidated financial statements and the reports of the Directors and Auditor for the year ended 31 March 2025, the re-election of retiring Directors, and the re-appointment of the Auditor of the Company. Additionally, a general mandate was granted to the Directors to issue and allot shares, as well as to repurchase shares. Furthermore, an extension of the general mandate to issue shares by the number of shares repurchased was approved, along with the adoption of the Fourth Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association.
